Electric Bicycle turned Motorcycle - 'Camelot' at Trinity Rep, 2010
For a 1940s setting in a re-imagined production of the classic 'Camelot', designer Eugene Lee and director Curt Columbus envisioned Lancelot entered on his mighty steed - a WWII Army Motorbike.
I was tasked with altering an electric bicycle using plastic parts from a child's ride-on motorcycle and found objects (PVC pipes, canteen bottles, etc) to turn the bike into a motorcycle. Priming, painting, and details added, Lancelot rode on in style!
